Using Patches
How do I use SensaPatch?
Apply the patch to clean, dry, hairless skin and press firmly for a few seconds
to make sure it sticks. That’s it, wellness on autopilot.
How long should I wear it?
Our patches are designed to slowly release nutrients over 8 hours.
Pop one on in the morning (or whenever works for you) and just swap it out the next day.
Where should I place it?
Choose an area such as the upper arm, shoulder, back or ankle.
Avoid areas with cuts, irritation or excessive movement.
Can I wear more than one patch?
Yes, multiple patches can be worn if they address different needs but don’t double up on the same one.
Is the patch texture smooth? Will it irritate sensitive skin?
The patch has a smooth, matte, flexible texture designed for comfortable wear.
It’s generally suitable for most skin types, though those with very sensitive skin should test on a small area first.
Does it have a scent or taste?
The patch itself is unscented and has no taste (don't eat it!)
Is it suitable for kids and teens?
Yes, SensaPatch is suitable for ages 2+. Kids’ skin can be more sensitive, so start with shorter wear times and place patches somewhere they can’t easily peel off.
Can I use these alongside my ADHD medication?
Our patches are made with clean, naturally sourced vitamins and nutrients. They’re generally considered safe to use alongside ADHD medication, but we always recommend checking with your healthcare provider before starting anything new, just to be sure it’s right for you.
Orders & Shipping
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship from Sydney, Australia and usually arrive within 2–6 business days.
You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s sent.
Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we only ship Australia wide. Watch this space, we have plans to expand.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us via email (support@sensapatch.com) as soon as possible so we can try to update your order before it ships.
Do you offer Afterpay?
Yes! We offer Afterpay at checkout so you can split your order into easy, interest-free payments. Wellness that fits your budget = win.
Do you share my info with third parties?
Absolutely not! Your privacy matters to us. We only use your info to process your order and keep you updated about your patches! We never sell or share your data.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my patches if I change my mind?
Yes! If your patches are unopened and in their original packaging, you can send them back within 30 days for a refund. Easy as that.
How do I start a return?
Send us a message to support@sensapatch.com, with your order number and we’ll guide you through the quick steps. Once your patches are back, we’ll refund you. Simple.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
If you’re returning because you changed your mind, you’ll just need to cover the return postage. If it’s our fault (wrong item, damaged, faulty), we’ll take care of everything.
Fun but Useful
Can I shower with it?
Our medical grade adhesive is water resistant, so you can shower, dance in the rain or spill coffee on yourself without it budging. Just try not to scrub it directly.
Will it make me run a marathon?
Our patches support your wellness, but you still have to do the running part yourself.
If you do run a marathon though, we will happily cheer you on from the sidelines.
Can I stick it on my cat?
SensaPatch is designed for humans, not pets. If your cat seems curious, it is probably just because we are amazing.
Can I wear it to bed?
You can sleep in it if that is easier for your routine. Just remember to change it out in the morning so your patch game stays fresh.
Will it make me smarter?
We cannot promise you will suddenly start quoting Shakespeare, but keeping your body nourished can help you feel more focused, balanced, and ready for whatever the day throws at you.
What if I forget to take it off?
You will not turn into a superhero (sorry). It just means the nutrients will stop releasing after the recommended wear time. Remove and replace with a fresh one if you want continued support.
